A new Vision for a learning platform

During my first freelancing mission, I lead a project to define a Product Vision for either a new learning platform or evolutions on an existing platform. My role was both Product Designer and Product Manager for this project.

I defined the different steps and then I mainly lead the user research part by interviewing trainers and trainees. You can contact me to know more about the process and about the prototype I designed to formalize the Vision.
