ux design
user testing
This project was made when I worked at the web agency Octave Octave for Crédit Mutuel - CIC bank. The goal was to revamp the entire Employee Savings service. My role was UX Designer and I worked with Crédit Mutuel - CIC teams to define their customer problems, new user flows and with a user test company named Testapic to organize and lead user tests.
Methods
User tests in collaboration with an external company
Personae workshops
User flow workshops
Key learnings
Employee Savings is seen as a very complex and quite opaque service
Current interfaces use complicated copy and users are often confused
How Might We?
⭐️
How might we make employee savings simple and friendly to make our users more engaged and come back more often?
Solution
Working with our customer and the external company, we defined the main personae and the user flows to revamp. For each flow, I built wireframes and prototypes to be able to test them quickly and iterate. I built both desktop and mobile wireframes and a Web Designer handled the UI part.

Results
After user tests on the new version, the highlights to keep in mind where:
User flows are seen as intuitive and fluid by the testers ✅
Help information is very useful ✅
The copy on several screens could still be improved because of banking vocabulary 👷♂️
