A new mobile app for the French Basketball Federation

As a basketball player, I was frustrated every time I opened the French federation’s mobile application to check my championship results. This prompted me to redesign it.

Simplify information architecture, create a simple user flow to find your results

As a regular user, I consulted the FFBB application to:

• Check results of other teams in my championship
• Review my team’s ranking
• Find dates and times for upcoming games

The existing application presented navigation challenges that made locating the right information inconvenient. The redesign addressed three primary objectives:

• Simplify the information architecture
• Create a straightforward user flow for finding championships
• Develop a contemporary visual design approach
